BSH Mental Health Care

Whatever the environment in which people access BSH mental health care services, they will encounter supportive and compassionate caring professionals. Our aim is always to enable our clients to make choices about the development of their individual aims and goals. Ultimately, we want them to live as fulfilled a life as possible.

We are a client-centred organisation which means that we always work with residents to determine the ways in which they will be supported by us. We have a great reputation for working with people who have been rejected by other services. We never write anyone off, and can often turn around a ‘cycle of failure’ with our residents.

BSH Residential Care Facilities

We have two residential care home facilities in Bedford:

  • Rutland Road Care Home – 5 spaces
  • Francis House Care Home – 6 spaces

These are refurbished Victorian villas located on quiet residential streets near to the town centre. They have been designed to provide a friendly home environment for our residents. There are bedrooms on the ground and first floors, and they all have en-suite facilities.

Both homes offer a range of support to people living with complex mental health needs. We provide care and mental health support to enable our residents to achieve a good quality of life within the community.
