Residents are encouraged to define their own goals and are supported in the acquisition of skills to achieve them.

Our shared supported accommodation in Milton Keynes is available for adults requiring a medium or high level of community-based care. It’s also ideal for people needing a step-down from 24-hour residential care. BSH staff deliver care to residents according to their personalised care package. Our aim is to help residents acquire the skills they to develop their independence within the community.

Each property has Night Wardens who take responsibility for maintaining the safety of the property and the residents. There is also a 24 hour on-call service available for residents from a free phone number in each property.

Our residents will normally fit this profile:

  • Male or female.
  • Adult – over 18 years.
  • Local to Milton Keynes.
  • Already diagnosed with mental health problems.
  • Community care plan in place.

  • Could be subject to CTO.
  • History of challenging behaviour potentially.
  • Past failure to engage with services.

A non-profit organisation provides our supported housing accommodation in Milton Keynes. They offer the following services for the properties:
