Each represents an opportunity for people coping with serious mental health problems to enjoy a semi-independent life in a safe environment. All our properties have Night Wardens who are available throughout the night. It is their responsibility to keep residents, and the property safe. There is also a 24-hour on-call service for specialised care residents.

Many of our referrals come via secondary mental health teams, learning disability services and local CMHTs. We also have a simple referral form for use by service users and carers.
